    Overview

    This project serves as a complete management system for the IEEE University of Gezira Student Branch, facilitating the organization of internal processes, reducing manual work, and enhancing volunteer task tracking. The platform integrates various functionalities such as member management, task assignments, HR workflows, and analytics into a single cohesive system, tailored for a multi-role volunteer environment.

    Problem / Challenge

    The primary issue was the fragmentation of operations relying on separate tools such as WhatsApp, Google Forms, and Excel, leading to challenges in tracking volunteer statuses, managing HR requests, and analyzing team performance. This disjointed approach resulted in inefficiencies and difficulties in maintaining a clear overview of operations.

    Solution

    The IEEE UOFG SB Portal was developed as a modular ERP system with role-based access control. It features distinct dashboards for different roles, ensuring users only see relevant data and functions. Key functionalities include centralized member management, task management, HR workflows, and an internal learning hub, all designed to streamline operations and enhance data accessibility. The system allows for future scalability with the addition of new modules as needed.
